  • Camera or phone is OK
  • Photographer should be 4-6 feet away from you
  • Stand 2-3 feet away from a plain white or light colored wall
  • Don’t stand in front of a window
  • Make sure your head and shoulders don't fill up the whole picture.  Leave empty space around you in the picture
