Keeping Everyone Safe

Pinpoint is open to implementing any additional safety measures not listed below.

 

COVID-19 Headshot Safety Measure

  • Client to provide a room which allows for ample space between the photographer and the subject.
  • Subjects will be scheduled with a 10 minute gap between appointments to avoid people coming into contact with others.
  • Photographer to wear mask at all times.
  • Photographer will use sanitize upon arrival and departure.
  • Subjects to wear mask at all times.   Mask to be removed only when the photographer is ready to take actual photos. 
  • Mask to be worn by any other people who may be at the location.
  • Photographer will keep a distance of at least six feet from subjects.
  • Minimize touching surfaces.
  • Client must provide two small tables.  One table for subjects to place their personal belongings.  A second table for the photographer.
  • There will be no penalty for cancellations.  
  • Photographer and/or subject are to cancel if they believe they have been exposed to someone who is being tested for Covid.
  • No sessions to be arranged for people who have travelled for the past 14 days, or who are exhibiting any covid symptoms.
  • Note:  Pinpoint is unable to provide a studio.

 

COVID-19 Event Photography Safety Measures

  • Photographer to wear mask at all times.
  • Mask to be worn by all attendees and staff onsite.
  • Photographer will keep a distance of at least six feet from attendees.
  • Minimize touching surfaces.
  • There will be no penalty for cancellations.  
  • Photographer and/or subject are to cancel if they believe they have been exposed to someone who is being tested for Covid.
  • No sessions to be arranged for people who have travelled for the past 14 days, or who are exhibiting any covid symptoms
